Alrighty ...Here's my next item I have finished up.

I have been trying to get going in the direction of harvest time the last week ...and This Beauty is what I came up with.

This Fabulous Fall "Farmhouse Romance Whisk Broom" is just perfect for that Harvest display or that Prim room all year through.

I have just listed it in the Sweet Magnolias Farm Etsy Store ..Be sure if you are interested to pop in and get it ..as I make these from vintage finds therefore each one is a One-of-a Kind that I cannot duplicate exactly.

Oh and if you aren't an Etsy member and want to purchase it ..just leave a comment with your e-mail and I can arrange for payment through our website.

Slowly getting back to work

Hello there Friends ....

Well I am starting to feel so much better ...as many of you may have read a few months back ..I suffered from sever burnout...relating to work. And I have been taking a much needed rest. Which I am so Blessed and Priveleged to be able to do. Thank You Lord !

Well Today was a sort of first day back to work for me. I got an order this week for 4 bowls of my Beeswax Pepperberries ...and of course ..needed to make them up as my supply had run out. So I spent yesterday and today ..getting them Ready ...

Here's how they look once they are finished and on display ....

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And here is the batch I'm working on. I know it looks like alot ..and when you are working on them it sure seems like alot but once I start dividing them into bowlfuls they go really quick ...The ones in the bowl are waxed and ready to go ...and the ones laying loose are preparing for their Beeswax dip ....The Beeswax is just out of this world good to smell ...I don't know why but the smell of it today ..kept making me think it should be cold and rainy outside ...I only wish ...!!!
If you would like to purchase some of our Beeswax Pepperberries to display in your very own wood bowl or tin pail ..or just anywhere your heart desires ...Visit our Website Sweet Magnolias Farm Or Visit our Etsy Store to purchase some.
Alrighty chat with you all real soon !!!
Re-Grand Opening
This Friday, May 8th 2009
We are so Excited ...the time has finally come ....
Once again this has been a long journey from start to finish. I can't remember how long ago I blogged that we were having a Web-Site makeover ...I know at least a couple months ago.
Well we collaborated with Sara of Graphic Pretties ...on the new design and layout of our site and we are so very pleased with how it has come out.
We have been working feverishly this past 2 weeks ...trying to re-set the entire site back up with all new items ..plus re-enter and add all sorts or new info. What a job ..It seems so easy ..and then you get into it and it's not that it's hard but ever so time consuming.
Well we are almost done ..have a few finishing touches to add ..and Wa La we will be having our Re-Grand Opening this Friday ...Yippee !!
We Hope you will stop in and join us on Friday ..We have filled the shop with wonderful Antiques and Timeworn Handmades.
And of course we will continue to add more in the weeks to come.
We Look forward to seeing you all there ...and if you stop in be sure to Sign our Guestbook on the main page so we know you came ...and join our mailing list too ..!!!
Alrighty See you on Friday ....
The Sweet Magnolias ....Sara & Abbey ...
