And Perfect For Fall and Christmas.. ...Gotta  Love them ..! They are made beautifully and  are just Perfection rather you are a home canner, or you just want to use them to store dry goods , use them as vases or make your kitchen super cute !  Although I would love to say we are home canner's .. we are not .. Owning a full time business just doesn't leave the time for us to do canning at this time in our life .. But Abbey was a home canner when I was a little girl .. And has been a home cook all of her years thus far. So Canning has been part of our home at one time.

The Ball 5- Blade Herb Scissors .. are well made .. great comfortable grip handles along with stainless steel blades .. superb for cutting herbs ... so much better than trying to chop them with a dull knife like we unfortunately have had the pleasure of doing here at the farmhouse .. LOL ! Especially getting the cilantro ready for our Homemade Chicken Fajitas Marinade .these would have come in and will come in very handy in the future.  These even come  with a blade cover so it keeps them in good condition but hey lets face it the cover really saves the frustration of the blades entangling with other utensils that are stored in the same drawer .

And we can't forget the Dry Herb Jars ... These hold 4 oz of yummy dry herbs ... fresh from your garden .... the bases are a nice thick heavy weight glass .. ( made well) ... and the lids are plastic with a pop/snap top that opens the center of the lid and reveals the shaker .. Nice open holes ..not to small and not to big just right .. (kind of like Goldilocks finding the right bed).. Perfect for shaking those dry herbs while cooking ...

The Fresh Herb Keeper and the Frozen Herb Starters .. didn't make it to me yet .. so I can't tell you all a lot about them .. other than to say the quality of the items I have received thus far is awesome so going by that these other 2 items I'm sure they will be just as lovely.. On Saturday August 16, Jarden Home Brands makers of Ball Canning will host the first annual International Can-It-Forward Day with special guest renowned chef and Bravo’s Top Chef judge, Hugh Acheson!  A day to celebrate home canning, International Can-It-Forward Day allows food enthusiasts to connect via a variety of online and in-person activities. New and experienced canners can participate in a live webcast on www.frespreserving.com, taking place on ground in Brooklyn Borough Hall Farmers Market, filled with canning demos where viewer questions will be answered in real-time by Chef Acheson and other experts while they learn the most popular (and delicious) home canning recipes. Twenty five farmers markets across the country will also be hosting Can-It-Forward Day celebrations!

In addition to the canning demos, there will also be segments on crafting, herb gardening and the brand’s new drinkware line! We will also be attempting a Guinness World Record for the World’s Largest Mason Jar Mosaic!
